Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or message with tracking details so you can monitor its journey.

2. Shipping Methods & Partners

We partner with reliable national and, where applicable, international courier services to ensure safe and timely deliveries. Our partners are selected based on speed, coverage, and reliability. Depending on your location and order size, we may use standard delivery, express shipping, or specialized logistics services for bulk orders.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Local Deliveries (Within Pakistan): Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days after dispatch.

  • International Deliveries: Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance procedures.
    Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location, product weight, and delivery method chosen at checkout. Certain promotions may offer free shipping within specific areas or for orders above a set amount. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.

5. Order Tracking

Once shipped, every order is assigned a unique tracking number. Customers can track their packages directly on our courier partner’s website or through the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email. If you have difficulty tracking your package, you can contact our support team for assistance.

6. Delays & Unexpected Situations

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, unforeseen events such as weather disruptions, political unrest, or customs delays may affect shipping schedules. In such cases, we will keep you informed and work with our courier partners to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

7. Delivery Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping details at the time of placing the order. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately before the item is shipped.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery or the expected delivery date. We may request photos of the damaged product and packaging for investigation. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on product availability and your preference.
