Return & Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we are committed to making the return and refund process as fair and transparent as possible. This policy outlines the conditions, timelines, and procedures for requesting a return or refund. By shopping with us, you agree to the terms stated below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for most items within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as personal care items, cosmetics, and perishables cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or incorrect. Proof of purchase, such as an invoice or order confirmation, is required to process your return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some items are strictly non-returnable for safety, hygiene, and legal reasons. These include opened beauty products, undergarments, customized or made-to-order items, and products marked as “Final Sale.” Digital goods and downloadable products are also excluded from our return policy. We encourage customers to read the product description carefully before placing an order to avoid inconvenience.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos or videos of the product and packaging to verify the issue. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or offer a full refund, depending on your preference and product availability. All claims filed after the 48-hour window may not be eligible for a full refund.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to your original payment method. If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we may issue your refund via bank transfer or store credit, depending on your preference. Please note that shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without proof of delivery. In some cases, we may provide a prepaid return label, but this will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

6. Store Credit Option

In certain cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund. Store credit can be used for future purchases at MueenMart and does not expire unless stated otherwise. Choosing store credit can speed up the resolution process, as it does not require bank transfer delays or payment gateway processing times.

7. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or refund, please email us at mueenmart@gmail.com with your order number, product details, reason for return, and relevant proof (images/videos). Our support team will review your request and guide you through the next steps. Do not send any items back without prior approval from our team, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
